 Town. After her MBChB\, she completed an MSc in The Control of Infectious 
 Diseases at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine\, supported
  by a Chevening scholarship. Since then she has worked as both a clinical 
 MO within the Department of Medicine and as a research MO\, working on or 
 coordinating various observational studies and clinical trials\, with a fo
 cus on diagnostics for HIV-TB and on the natural history of TB disease.\n\
