Jacek Skarbinski is an infectious diseases physician and research scientist at The Permanente Medical Group in Kaiser Permanente Northern California who provides clinical care for patients with HIV and other infectious diseases and conducts research on latent tuberculosis infection, COVID-19 and chronic fatigue syndrome. He received his MD from Stanford University School of Medicine, completed an internal medicine residency at University of California San Francisco, and an infectious diseases fellowship at Emory University. Prior to joining Kaiser in 2016, he spent 10 years at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention working on malaria, domestic HIV and tuberculosis.
The September TRAC seminars are presented by the Clinical Core and will focus on Domestic TB. The September seminars will be held in-person in the Carnegie 328 Conference Room and via Zoom.
