Goodman Makanda is a TB survivor and Advocacy Officer at TB Proof, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the TB pandemic through advocacy, stigma reduction, and health equity. A passionate activist, author, and speaker, he champions advocacy around person-centered TB care, mental health support, and survivor-led solutions to ensure those affected play a central role in driving change. He also serves on the Ethics Committee of the South African Medical Research Council.
