Dr. Sarathy graduated from National University of Singapore, School of Medicine after the completion of a graduate research program at the Novartis Institute for Tropical Diseases. She was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Public Health Research Institute, Rutgers, where she trained under veteran TB pharmacologist Dr. Veronique Dartois. She then pursued a faculty position at the Center for Discovery and Innovation. Dr. Sarathy’s research focuses on applying site-of-disease pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) concepts to provide pharmacological rationale for TB treatment efficacy.

The February TRAC Seminar Series is presented by the Pharmocology and Pharmacometrics Core.
