Katherine Horton is an infectious disease epidemiologist with the TB Modelling Group at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her research interests focus on gaps in access to TB prevention and care, and she has been studying gender disparities in TB for the past decade. She is the LSHTM principal investigator and consortium modelling lead for the LIGHT Consortium, which aims to support policy and practice in transforming gendered pathways to health for people with TB in urban settings, and she co-chairs the Union’s working group on Gender Equity in TB.
